Module 4 Chapter 8 - Paper Pulp Applied to Grids

Sample 6 - Clear stitched vinyl has pulp added to the sides. I didn't think the pulp would stay on the slick vinyl, but it did. I think the stitching helped to grab the pulp fibers.

Sample 7 & 8 - A sheet of paper pulp is placed on a 'J' cloth and decorated organza is placed on top. Another sheet of paper pulp encases the organza. The top sheet is pressed into the stitching.

Sample 9 & 10 - Pulp is laid around the grid. The grid is stitched and the removed threads have been curled and twisted - to give dimension under the pulp. The pulp was pressed into the textured surface.
