Module 4 Chapter 7 Grids by Other Means - Slashed Holes

Slashed holes - made with a cutting wheel.
Sample 1. Frayed diagonal slashes form the holes for this grid.

Sample 2. Slashes, parallel to the weave, form the frayed outer holes. Diagonal slashes form four holes in the center. Only three of the four quarters were frayed in the center - giving a diamond-shaped pattern in the fabric.
